Conditions of booking, cancellation and payment for the period of holidays and pre-holidays:
- New Year’s days and holidays: when booking a room for the period from December 31 to January 02, the advance payment for the booking service is 100%, and is paid in the following order: 50% within 3 banking days from the date of booking, the final payment for the remaining 50% must be made before December 10. If the booking is made after December 10, the advance is paid in full. The amount of the advance payment is credited to the payment of accommodation services upon arrival. The advance payment can be returned to the guest in full only if the reservation is cancelled before December 10 by a written application received by e-mail. When booking a room for the period from 02 to 08 January, an advance payment for the booking service in the amount of 100% of the cost of the first day is mandatory, which must be paid within 3 days from the date of booking and it will be credited upon arrival to the payment for accommodation services for the first day. The final payment for the entire period of stay is made upon arrival at the hotel. Cancellation with a refund of the advance payment is possible 20 days or more before the date of arrival, if cancelled later than the specified period, the amount of the advance payment will be charged as payment for the booking service. If the funds are refunded by bank transfer, the bank’s commission for the transaction may be deducted from the guest.
- Other pre-holidays and holidays: when booking a room for the period of such days, an advance payment for the booking service is made within 3 calendar days from the date of booking, which is 100% of the cost of the first day, and upon arrival will be credited to the payment for accommodation services. Cancellation with a refund of the advance payment is possible 7 days or more before the date of arrival, if cancelled later than the specified period, the amount of the advance payment will be charged as payment for the booking service. If the funds are refunded by bank transfer, the bank’s commission for the transaction may be deducted from the guest.

Pets are allowed. Upon arrival, the guest leaves a Deposit of 3000 rubles, which is returned on the day of departure of the guest after receiving the room. In case of damage to the property the Deposit is not refundable. If the cost of damage is more than the amount of the Deposit, the guest is obliged to compensate the difference according to the approved price list of damage to the property.
